Third Entry

In 27 April 2016, Wednesday. This is our first time to visit our sahabat’s company. The company address at Ampang Waterfront,  when we arrived there, sahabat also prepare some food and drink for us. At the same time, we also meet her partner Sarah.

They bring us to visit their company and explain the whole process of business step by step. After this section, we understand how business run and realize which parts we can improve. After warming up, we start to ask about the detail of the background of company & owners as well as the whole process of business and the future plan for the business.

In addition, we also discuss about which areas needs to improve and what kinds of assist needed. We suggest about different marketing strategies, layout of shop, and inventories’ layout and record. At the same time, sahabat are asking the accounting support to guide and teach about the theory and flow of accountings. It is because they never make proper actual accounting record from begin until now. Due to this case, it is a big challenging for us to make a master budgeting and other advices on costing.

Therefore, I leant a lot of things at that day, for example, the business must run systematically with good layout, efficiency flow, proper accounting record and some IT support such as accounting and inventory software, casher software and so on as well as having good rules and regulation policy in company such as working behavior, pay structure and more.
