Fifth Entry

In 11 May 2016, Wednesday. Today is a day for us to modify and correct our business plan and business canvas with authorities of AIM and AKPK. It is because the business plan and business canvas will pass to our sahabat as a guideline for them to run their business after we visit and understand their business.

During the consultation with authorities AIM and AKPK, she tells us that our business plan and business canvas have to include the current operation of business and future plan. Moreover, we also need to provide some charts and tables analysis such as break-even point, sales forecast and SWOT analysis in business plan so that sahabat are able to understand easily. In addition, authorities of AIM and AKPK tells that we need to provide certain steps and plan to guide our sahabat now, so that they are able to manage their business according to the business plan that we provide.

After the consultation, we understand and know that what we have to modify the business plan and business canvas. We will add new strategies and plans such as marketing promotion strategies, operation structure, accounting and financial rules and regulations and so on. Furthermore, we also give some instructions for our sahabat to make changes in current business situation. It is because the accounting and operation structure are terrible. The instructions we given are company bank account must be create, only owners can withdraw, company’s cash flow cannot pay the individual expenses, book keeping must record every days, and the operation activity must be system.

Therefore, I leant a lot of things after consultation with authorities of AIM and AKPK as well as the discussion with my teammates. And I realize that running a business is very difficult because there are so many things need to consider and take care. If making a wrong decision, that would affect whole business structure.
