Four Entry

In 2 May 2016, Monday. This is our second time also is last time to visit our sahabat’s company. This day we are going to provide the suggestions witch last time mention and the business canvas modals for our sahabat.

Our marketing suggestions plan are uncharged the delivery fees if customer buy more than a numbers of cloths, hire part time sales man or girl to promote and sales the goods by paying commission without basis salary, make some seasonal cloths and same clothing of mother and child. Our inventory control suggestion plan is given high discount on goods that can over the cost to clear the existing goods.

About the business canvas models, we also introduce whole business structure to our sahabat. The purpose is to let them know about the current business situation and which areas need to take care and what areas can improve. After our showing the business canvas modals, they are having more clearly purpose and action to process their business. And they also provide some suggestion such as operating plan, marketing plan and employment structure policy to discuss with us.

Therefore, I leant many things at that day due to sahabat provide a lot of feedback and discussion with their experience. And I also mix their experience and my knowledge to improve my ways to think and view on the incident while I faced.
